Shipping Method
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after being placed.
We currently ship via Purolator, UPS or Canada Post, we will provide tracking number unless item is shipped via Canada post letter mail. we are always trying to find the best and cost effective way to ship for our customer.
Duty & Taxes
International customer are responsible for all duty and taxes levied once your package reach the destination. For US customer, we will try to use our shipping agent to ship through USPS to avoid any Duty cost. Duty cost will not be refund for any type of return.
Refuse Package
If your package is undeliverable, unclaimed or refused, the following fee and charges will be the receiver's responsibility:
- Original shipping fee as well as the return shipping fee
- any duty and taxes levied at the receiver's destination.

Exchange & Return
At Sunstar LED we are happy to accept your return, here are different policy for different situation:
Product is good but customer have a change of heart
- Product with all original package will be accept as return.
- Full refund for returns made within 7 days after it is received.
- Return made after 7 days but within 14 days will be accepted but 15% restocking fee apply.
- Return will not be accepted 14 days after it is received.
- Customer is responsible for the original and return shipping fee.
Product arrive defective
- If there is a problem with your order we will happy to accept your return within 30 days.
- Full refund or exchange will be provided depends on customer's request.
